2:How to activate the VOX Function?
The VOX hand free function only can be activated or deactivated by software with the programming cable.
3:Can i use the headset to achieve the VOX(voice activate transmission)?
-----Yes,you can speak directly to the headset microphone after you have opened the VOX function.
4:How about the talk range?
------Talk Range depend on many factors,like the RFpower,obstacles,weather,
battery power and so on.Usually RB18/RB618 can reach 0-1.5 km in the city area,0-2.5Km in the village area.
5:I want to program the RB18/RB618 walkie-talkie,how can i get the software?

6:How to lock channel ?
-----Long press the LAMP key,then the lock is on .You cannot change the channel when the lock is on.
7:How can I know the battery is full charged?
-----On the back side of the RB18/618,When the device was charging,the LED indicator turn red;and when the battery is full charged,the LED indicator turn green.
8:How to turn on the flashlight?
-----Power on the RB18, short press LAMP key to open the flashlight.
Short press LAMP key again to turn off the flashlight.
9:How to turn on the Scan function?
----In the standby mode, press UP+DOWN to enter scan function, the green indicator light is blink quickly, the radio scans between the added channels. When a valid voice signal is scanned, it automatically stays in this state until the signal disappears. Press any key to exit scan mode.
10:How to choose the matching headset?
----RB618/18 is compatible with 2Pin K plug accessories.
11:How to change the voice language?
----Press PTT+DOWN to open the radio, changing the Chinese/English
prompt voice.
